Michel Roux Jr, Angela Hartnett & Jose Pizarro provided a weekend dining masterpiece in the sun and splendour of late spring in the Suffolk countryside. Glorious.
The second YOXMAN event sold out in just over a week, thanks to the stellar line up of Michelin starred chefs and the great memories from the first year. 3 heavyweight chefs, with a combined total of 4 Michelin stars descended on to Wilderness Reserve for another magical weekend of fine flavours, feasting & entertainment.
Gathering pace
After the success of the first YOXMAN event in July 2022 and a waiting list of guests looking to return it only seemed right to once again go all out the quality of Michelin-starred chefs but also on production. Alongside fine food, YOXMAN guests were treated to the best in spirits and wines as The Balvenie and Laurent-Perrier brought their master distillers and professors to Wilderness Reserve for tasting sessions and masterclasses.Live music and entertainment ran throughout the weekend and guests experienced the best in Wilderness Reserve hospitality & service with country pursuits and spa & wellness packages.
