The year YOXMAN came alive. An idea to create 3 days of culinary wizardry and good old fashioned fun, in the English countryside.
In late-July 2022 a hand-picked selection of the UK's top Michelin-starred chefs were invited to Wilderness Reserve, to launch the inaugural YOXMAN. Just over a 100 guests attended a fabulous long-weekend celebration of fine dining & live entertainment. The sun shone down, copious amounts of Laurent-Perrier were served and new friendships forged.
The dream
Imagine going to a restaurant with not just one Michelin-starred chef but 3. In fact why not have 3 nights of incredible food and get up close and personal with the chefs? We wanted to create the ultimate chef's table. And so the journey and cream begins.
