It felt like a real coup to secure the services of the legendary and iconic Raymond Blanc (OBE) of Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons. Long time admirers and proponents of Raymond's vibe and style we had to get him to YOXMAN in 2024 and that we did. A sure and firm favourite with all of the guests in attendance i'm sure we will be welcoming him back in years to come.
