Originally from São Paulo in Brazil with an Italian background, Rafael started his career in London at the age of 21 and worked his way though gastronomic stalwarts such as The Fat Duck & Fera at Claridges. Rafael is now, proudly the Chef Patron of the fantastic Da Terra of London.
